Software products
Software you download through or because of the Site — including C Shell for Windows (cshw) — is licensed to you under the license that accompanies that software, not under these Terms. C Shell for Windows is provided under the PolyForm Small Business License 1.0.0; the license text included with the software governs your rights to use it. Where that license and these Terms differ regarding the software, the software’s license controls.
Software offered here may be pre-release (“alpha”) and is provided for evaluation. It may contain defects and is not guaranteed to be fit for production use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it or its underlying systems, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual property
The Site’s design, text, and graphics are © 2024–2026 Tropibyte, Inc., except where another owner is identified. “Tropibyte” and associated logos are marks of Tropibyte, Inc.; nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use those marks. Software we publish is, again, governed by its own license rather than this section.
No warranty
The Site and any software offered through it are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement — to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tropibyte, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the Site or any software obtained through it.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
